Maria Theodoulidou

Maria Theodoulidou has extensive experience in finance, procurement, and corporate governance, serving as the Group Procurement & Corporate Governance Director and Secretary to the Board of Directors at FOURLIS Group of Companies since September 2000. Maria holds the position of Non-Executive Member of the Audit Committee at Trade Estates since May 2024 and serves as an Independent Member of the Audit Committee at Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator SA since September 2020. Previous roles include Group Finance Director in various capacities at FOURLIS and Regional Finance Manager at INTERSPORT Athletics S.A. during transitional periods. Maria began their career at KPMG, advancing from Senior Consultant to Manager. Academically, Maria holds an MSc in Operations Management from The University of Manchester and an Engineer's degree in Production Engineering & Management from the Technical University of Crete.
