C. Form Miller is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as Product Design Director & Principal at Foursquare since August 2023, C. Form Miller previously held the position of Director, Product Design at RapidAPI, where responsibilities included overseeing user experience for SaaS-based API projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with customer needs. At Twilio Inc. from 2014 to 2022, C. Form Miller managed multiple globally-based product design teams and implemented mature design operations, significantly contributing to the development of Twilio’s Developer Console. Earlier roles include Principal Information Architect at Zynga, Lead Designer positions at YouTube and Aetheros, and various design roles at Shutterfly, CafePress, NexTag, and Adobe. C. Form Miller holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MS in Math, Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Illinois Chicago.
