Dimple Dsouza

Dimple Dsouza is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Fourth Frontier since February 2020. In this role, Dimple focuses on employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture while developing and implementing HR policies that ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems adhering to ISO and FDA standards. Prior to this, Dimple held positions as Senior Executive and HR Executive at Fourth Frontier, collaborating on strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and leading end-to-end recruitment processes. Dimple's career began at Justdial as an HR Executive, specializing in the full lifecycle of recruitment. Dimple is an alumnus of Manel Srinivas Nayak Memorial Institute of PG Management Studies, completing studies from 2016 to 2018.
