Bilyana Velcheva

Bilyana Velcheva has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bilyana started their career at Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) as a Project Coordinator from 2004 to 2008. Bilyana then moved on to Nexcom Bulgaria LLC, where they worked as an HR Specialist and later became an HR Manager from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise and held various roles, including EMEA Resource Manager, Learning and Development Delivery Readiness Consultant, Delivery Program Manager, and EMEA HR Program Manager from 2010 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Fourth as a People Operations Development Manager and has recently taken on the role of People Operations and Country Director starting from November 2020.

Bilyana Velcheva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2000 to 2004. Bilyana later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from New Bulgarian University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust" and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" from LinkedIn, and "Managing Organizational Change for Managers" from LinkedIn. Bilyana also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
