Michaela Day

Michaela Day is an accomplished fashion designer with a diverse background in design and fashion-related roles. Currently serving as an Associate Designer at Fownes Brothers & Co., Inc. since February 2023, Michaela previously held positions such as Accessories Designer for Velvet Rouge at The Recording Academy and Assistant Designer at NYC Alliance. Michaela's experience includes an internship at Anna Sui and roles as Textile & Costume Collection Archivist at Thomas Jefferson University, as well as internships at American Hats LLC and THE PHILADELPHIA FASHION INCUBATOR. Michaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Thomas Jefferson University and a Certificate of Completion in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Ocean County Vocational Technical School. Additionally, Michaela possesses leadership experience as a Karate Instructor/Sensei at Paul Prendergast Karate from April 2014 to May 2019.
