Mike Hess

Mike Hess has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational therapy. Mike started their career in 2005 as a Staff Occupational Therapist at the Indiana Regional Medical Center. Mike then worked at ACMH Hospital as an Acute Rehab Unit Staff Occupational Therapist from 2006 to 2008. From 2007 to 2008, they held the position of Multi-site Rehab Manager at Quality Life Rehab, where they were responsible for multi-site management and supervision of OT staff. In 2008, they joined Fox Rehabilitation as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations and Quality Assurance Team Member. In this role, they successfully increased team size, Ebitda, and productivity, and expanded the team into new territories. Mike continued working at Fox Rehabilitation until 2015, when they moved to Blue Sky Therapy as the Director of Operations. Finally, in 2018, they returned to Fox Rehabilitation as the Regional Director.

Mike Hess completed their Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Francis University from 1998 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Laurel Valley High School from 1995 to 1998. Mike also obtained a certification as a Certified Fieldwork Educator from the American Occupational Therapy Association. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification is not provided.
