Taylor Holt

Taylor Holt, OTR/L, is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently serving as the lead Occupational Therapist at FOX Rehabilitation since March 2023. With a strong background in various rehabilitation settings, Taylor has demonstrated expertise in client-centered, occupation-based interventions and cultural competency through extensive fieldwork, including experiences at Magee Rehabilitation and Crecer Centro de Rehabilitación. Taylor has actively participated in the sport of field hockey as a Umpire for USA Field Hockey since September 2018, showcasing skills in teamwork and decision-making. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Messiah University.
