Richard Scott

Richard Scott, PGA, serves as the President of NENY PGA since November 2018, previously holding the position of Vice President. As the Owner/Operator and PGA Head Professional at Fox Run Golf Club since January 2006, Richard specializes in teaching golf to beginners and advanced players, including collegiate and professional athletes. In addition to golf, Richard has been an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Broadalbin Perth since 2002. Richard contributed to the establishment of the men's and women's golf programs at Fulton-Montgomery Community College from October 2015 to November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as the General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Hales Mills Country Club and working in outside sales at Nu Horizons Electronics. Richard holds a degree in Mortuary Science from the Simmons Institute of Funeral Service, attained between 1984 and 1986.
