Meredith Wolff

Meredith Wolff is an experienced Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy, currently working at Fox Valley Orthopedics since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Occupational Therapist at Presence St. Joseph Hospital - Elgin from April 2020 to September 2021 and completing an Occupational Therapy Student role at Northwestern Medicine from May 2019 to November 2019, where evaluations, assessments, and intervention planning were conducted for patients with injuries or trauma to the upper extremities.
