Lisa Richardson

Lisa Richardson currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel at Fox Corporation since March 2019. In this role, Lisa heads the distribution legal team, responsible for drafting and negotiating multi-billion-dollar content distribution and broadcast station affiliation agreements, accounting for approximately 55% of FOX’s revenue. Lisa has an extensive background in business and legal affairs, having held various senior positions at Fox Networks Group, Fox Cable Networks, Gemstar-TV Guide, and Latham & Watkins LLP. Lisa completed their J.D. from USC Gould School of Law in 2000 after receiving their undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
