Marco Planchart

Marco Planchart is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Foxdale Village since May 2023, Marco manages full-cycle recruiting processes. Previously, as a Human Resources Assistant, essential duties included onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files for approximately 200 employees. Experience also includes working as an Administrative Secretary at State College Area High School, where organizational skills were applied to support multiple counselors and manage student records. Early career roles involved customer service in the hospitality sector, program coordination for the LGBTQA+ community, and a combination of research and residential support activities at Penn State University. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Marco brings a strong background in communication, organization, and community engagement.
