Richard Koeman-Hulstein

Richard Koeman-Hulstein has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as Manager I&A at FPC de Rooyse Wissel since July 2021. Prior to this role, Richard was the Owner of River 2 River Rally from September 2018 to June 2022 and worked as ICT Coördinator at ONS welzijn from November 2018 to June 2021. Richard's career at Canon Nederland N.V. spanned nearly two decades, during which Richard held multiple positions, including NSO IT Manager CENV/CNL, Local Support Manager CENV/CNL, and Systeembeheerder. Earlier in career, Richard worked as a Procesoperator at Beiersdorf from 1994 to 1998. In terms of education, Richard obtained a Master of ICT Technology Management from NCOI Opleidingen in 2020, along with a degree in HBO Bedrijfskundige Informatica from NTI-Leiden between 2012 and 2015, and completed VAPRO B Procestechniek from 1995 to 1997.
