Jason Cotton

Jason Cotton is an accomplished professional in property management and leasing, currently serving as the Director of Leasing at REZI since October 2022. With a strong foundation in marketing and leasing as the Director at Income Property Specialists from January 2020 to October 2022, Jason oversaw operations for over 2,500 units and more than 40 staff across various locations. Previous roles include Community Director at New Standard Equities, Inc., Property Manager at Madison Park and Pon De Leo Apartments, and Community Association Manager at The Helsing Group, inc. Jason's experience encompasses market analysis, training and development, standard operating procedure creation, contract negotiation, technology implementation, and extensive management responsibilities. Holding an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Chabot College, Jason brings a versatile skill set to the property management field.
