Joseph Knoelke

Joseph Knoelke is a skilled metallurgist currently employed at FPM Heat Treating since April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a technical writer for the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Division of Information Technology, where documentation for the university's Knowledge Base was created and updated. Joseph also served as a quality assurance agent, supporting customer interactions and monitoring quality standards. Previous metallurgical experience was gained at Scot Forge, focusing on steel production processes and failure analysis. Earlier in Joseph's career, as an assistant operator at City Water LLC, routine maintenance on fire hydrants and water valves was performed, along with inspection duties for water main installations. Education culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in December 2021, preceded by studies at Marquette University High School.
