Carolyn Haley

Carolyn Haley, CPA, MS, currently serves as Partner, COO & CFO at F-Prime Capital since February 2023. Previously, from May 2009 to January 2023, Carolyn was a Partner and Global Head of Finance and Operations at GMO LLC, overseeing the firm's strategic operating model and managing a global team of over 120 professionals across various functions. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Accounting Officer, Global Head of Financial Reporting, and Treasurer at Tekla Capital Management, where Carolyn directed all financial activities and compliance programs, and extensive tenure at PwC in Global Asset Management. Carolyn holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Boston University.
