Vu Tien Dat

Mr. Vu Tien Dat joined FSOFT in 2005 as a programmer and quickly proved himself in higher positions at FPT Software. During the period of 2010 – 2019, he held many positions such as Business Unit Deputy Director & Director, Director of Delivery Management of Hitachi Group’s projects in Japan. In 2019, he was appointed as the Director of FPT Software Delivery Unit in Da Nang (FDN) and immediately achieved impressive results in terms of growth rate and personnel.

In 2020, FDN continued to own the “golden indexes”, becoming the unit with the greatest revenue growth rate of the company with 42 per cent and the global market’s revenue growth up to 35 per cent. As a leader in developing Low Code – OutSystems segment at FPT Software, Mr. Dat also brought FDN to the top in the number of certificates in the organization. Despite the difficult context of the Covid-19, FDN has surpassed 2,000 employees and become the leading unit of the ‘Resource Globalize’ movement in Vietnam.
