Wayne Costigan

Wayne Costigan serves as the Chief of Staff at Fractal Software since March 2021, collaborating with leadership to advance finance, fundraising, board meetings, and business operations. With experience in building the Strategy & Operations function, Wayne developed essential business processes and infrastructure that facilitated the company's growth from 20 to 115 employees. As an investor, Wayne was part of the founding team that incubated 21 vertical SaaS startups, contributing in various roles including sourcing and market research. Prior experience includes working with JCJ Capital on investment operations and supporting startup initiatives at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at USC Marshall, where a personal startup, Otto, focused on procurement solutions. Wayne holds a degree from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and has a background from Sacred Heart Schools in Atherton.
