Joe White possesses extensive experience in leadership and technology roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Hands Across Atlanta and as the Chief Executive Officer of Fractel, LLC, Joe is instrumental in defining company vision and strategy while fostering stakeholder relationships. As a Partner at Apex Technology Partners, contributions include advising Communication Service Providers on product strategy and marketing. Previously, Joe held the position of Vice President of Product Development at NUSO, managing product development and a significant budget, and was the CTO and Founder of Brightlink, where product and technology roadmaps were established. Joe's earlier role as CTO at Termination Site Inc. involved cultivating innovation and strong stakeholder relationships.
