Rolf Biernath

Rolf Biernath, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Rolf founded Biernath Consulting, Inc. in 2016, where they helped manufacturers improve their operations and reduce costs. Rolf also worked as a Fractional CTO, Fractional R&D Director, and Fractional Senior Technical Leader at Fractionals United starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Dr. Biernath worked at 3M for many years in various technical leadership positions. Rolf Biernath, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1985. Rolf then pursued their Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rolf also holds various certifications in areas such as Generative AI, Board Development, Artificial Intelligence, Innovation Management, Inclusive Leadership, and Sales.
