Carlos Plaza has a diverse work experience starting as a Sales Staff at Ferretería EPA from 2008 to 2012. Carlos then worked as a Quality Analyst at Servicios y Construcciones Grym c.a. in 2013, where they successfully implemented ISO 9001 standards and increased the company's success in winning bids. From 2014 to 2017, Carlos worked as a Registration Executive HUB at Achilles Group Limited, where they were responsible for the supplier registry service and received an Achilles Award for their excellent results. After that, they served as a Site Operations Manager at American Storage-Mini Bodegas, where they achieved a 20% increase in facility occupancy and reduced defaulters from 15% to 5%.
