Thomas Neckel has over 20 years of work experience. thomas began their career in 1997 as the director of knowledge solutions at Net Perceptions. In 2002, they moved to Oblix as an account manager. In 2005, they joined Oracle as a technology professional. In 2012, they were hired by Identropy Inc. as the Head of SCUID and Head of Client Development. In 2014, they became the CEO of SCUID. In 2017, they co-founded and became the CEO of Cove.io. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of Fragment.

Thomas Neckel attended Miami University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BA in Political Science.
