Deego A Chaithanyan

Deego A Chaithanyan has a significant amount of work experience in various roles and positions. From 2015, they worked at Fragomen as the Deputy Functional Manager, where they re-designed business processes to enhance customer service and efficiency. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at EXL, starting in 2011. At EXL, they held multiple positions including Lead Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as implementing CRM applications, designing reporting templates, and supervising team activities. Before joining EXL, Deego worked at Outsource Partners International as a Senior Associate, where they prepared ROI reports and conducted market research for KPMG. Overall, Deego has a diverse range of experience in process improvement, project management, and client relations.

Deego A Chaithanyan began their education at St. Peters Senior Secondary School from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Commerce at the +2 level. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, Deego pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a specialization in Taxation from MG University in Kottayam. They then continued their education at the same university, completing a Master of Commerce degree in Finance from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Deego has obtained various certifications. In November 2019, they received a certification in Business Analysis from UiPath. In the same month, they also obtained UiPath Licensing certification. Prior to that, in December 2019, they completed a Diploma in RPA - Starter from UiPath. Recently, in April 2021, Deego obtained a Reboot Your Skills Diploma from UiPath.
