Manuela Birsan

Manuela Birsan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Manuela started their career at L'Oréal in 2010 and held various roles within the company. These roles included Recruitment Research & Innovation, International Talent Recruitment and Employer Branding, as well as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Professional. In these positions, they were responsible for recruitment processes, employer branding, and campus management. Manuela also handled internal HR communication. In 2017, they became the Human Resources Manager for L'Oréal's International Luxury Division, and in 2019, they transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Manager for Fragomen, where they currently manage the HR operations for Benelux and France.

Manuela Birsan completed their Master 1 degree in Human Resources Management at UAIC Iasi in Romania. Manuela then pursued a Master 2 degree in International Human Resources Management at Sorbonne Universités, Pantheon-Assas, CIFFOP. In addition to their academic qualifications, Manuela obtained a certification in The Essentials of Digital Marketing - Fast Track Season 2 from General Assembly in March 2017.
