Theo Pak has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology. 👨‍💻 theo is currently working at Frame.io as a Staff Video Engineer. Prior to this role, they served as a Staff Frontend Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at the same company.

Before joining Frame.io, Theo worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HubSpot from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at Vistaprint as a Software Engineer II and Software Engineer from 2015 to 2017.

In 2013, Theo co-founded and served as the CTO of Lightfeed, where they led the development of a smart wearable plus cloud service. 👨‍💻 theo managed a team, consisting of their co-founder, an engineer, a product designer, and interns.

During their time at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, from 2013 to 2014, Theo was an Undergraduate Student Researcher. 👨‍💻 theo worked on improving tools to study the correlation between ambient light color dose and human circadian rhythm. 👨‍💻 theo also collaborated with academic and industry experts on a bioinformatics sensor circuit project.

Additionally, Theo gained experience as a Computer and Systems Engineering Intern at Mechanical Solutions, Inc in 2013, where they worked on programming x86 systems and AVR embedded subsystems.

Before their professional career, Theo worked as a Freelance Web Developer from 2008 to 2013. 👨‍💻 theo completed various projects, including developing a social network for deceased pets and loved ones, creating a multimedia experience for a radio station, and building marketing sites.

Throughout their career, Theo has exhibited expertise in various technologies, such as JavaScript, Python (Django), PHP (Wordpress), responsive HTML5 + CSS3, and Photoshop. 👨‍💻 theo has also demonstrated skills in project scoping, market research, feedback collection, and customer interviewing.

Theo Pak attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
