Rachel Farndell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Director of Talent at Faststream Recruitment Group and FRAME Recruitment since May 2000, where a strong emphasis is placed on cultivating a culture of Learning and Development to attract and retain top talent. Rachel's career began as a Contract Recruitment Consultant in the Civil/Structural Engineering team, progressing to Company Director. Additionally, since March 2018, Rachel has contributed to GOOSE Recruitment, focusing on becoming a leader in Aviation and Pilot recruitment. Rachel’s educational background includes studies at Fareham College from 1990 to 1992.
