Alexandra Vidaeff

Alex Vidaeff is currently the Director of Customer Experience at FRAME, overseeing Client Services, DTC Operations, and VIP/Clienteling to enhance customer relationships and optimize the overall customer experience. Previously, Alex worked as the Senior Manager Of Customer Experience at ANINE BING, where they expanded the CX Department and improved various aspects of the brand and product quality. Before that, as Customer Experience Manager at ANINE BING, they built the first Customer Experience Department and implemented new technologies to provide proactive, white-glove service. Additionally, Alex has experience as a Marketing Director at Bleusalt and Communications and Marketing Manager at GRACEDBYGRIT, contributing to brand development and marketing efforts. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Communication Studies, and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
