Sean O'Leary

Sean O'Leary has a diverse range of work experience. Sean started their career as a Program Manager at the US Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) in 2001. From there, they worked as an Associate and Advisor at MASA Life Science Ventures from 2003 to 2011. In 2008, they joined the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation as an Associate Vice President of Venture Finance, a role they held until 2016. During this time, they also served as an Advisor at MASA Life Science Ventures.

In 2016, Sean joined MakeTime Inc. as a Director of People & Culture. Sean was responsible for streamlining the procurement and production management of CNC machined parts. Sean then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Internal Operations, where they continued to streamline manufacturing processes. In 2018, they left MakeTime Inc. and became the Managing Partner at Rose Cottage Advisors, a position they still hold. Later in the same year, they joined Thynk Health as the VP of Operations, a role they held until 2019.

Most recently, in 2020, Sean joined Framebridge as the Associate Director of Product.

Sean O'Leary completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Centre College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Sean then pursued their Master of Arts degree in International Relations at the University of Kentucky, attending from 1999 to 2000.
