Froilan Chavez

Froilan Chavez is a Software Developer at FRAMECAD Limited since August 2019, focusing on the continuous development and maintenance of CAD-based detailing software for the cold-formed steel framing sector. Previously, Froilan served as Software Engineer Technical Lead at Gemalto (now Thales Digital Identity & Security) from November 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included leading a team in the development of a proprietary desktop application for configuring telecommunications provider profiles in smart cards, as well as middleware integration projects. Prior experiences also include roles as a Software Engineer in smart card operating system development, a Firmware Engineer at BiTMICRO Networks working on SSD firmware, and an IT Auditor at Philippine Savings Bank. Froilan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle Lipa, completed in 2010.
