Brian Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to 2022. Brian began their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Decision Support Team Systems Engineer, where they played a key role in delivering successful Business Intelligence solutions for Medicaid programs in three states.
Following this, Brian worked at Dell as a Data Warehouse Database Analyst IV, responsible for implementing subject area data warehouses and data marts to support business analysis and decision-making.
Brian then joined Checks Unlimited as a Data Architect, leading the planning, design, and construction of database interactions for various development projects.
At Coldwater Creek Inc, Brian held the position of Director of QA, Manager of Data Warehouse/BI, and Project Manager. Brian managed a team supporting a 24x7 Data Warehouse, implemented and managed a 10+ TB data warehouse, and was responsible for projects, change requests, incident management, and establishing Service Level Agreements.
Brian later joined The Sports Authority as a Group Manager of Business Intelligence, where they successfully delivered multiple concurrent Business Intelligence projects and established the Business Intelligence Competency Center. Brian worked closely with stakeholders at multiple levels and maintained alignment with strategic business objectives.
At People to People Ambassador Programs, Brian served as the Senior Director of R&D, overseeing solution delivery, building a high-performing team, and collaborating with the Marketing team on go-to-market strategies.
Most recently, Brian has been working at Kochava, initially as the Director of Product Management and later promoted to the role of Head of Product. In this position, they drove the product strategy, owned the product roadmap, and led the product lifecycle from development to successful delivery.
Now, as the Chief Product Officer at Frameplay, Brian is responsible for overseeing the company's product development and strategy.
Brian Wilson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Arizona State University. Brian also has completed an MBA program at the University of Idaho. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained certifications including PMC-III from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) and PMP.
