Teresa Lynch has been working in the recruitment field since 2016. Teresa began their career at Booking.com as an Executive Recruiter and Technology Recruiter. In 2016, they joined Goodgame Studios as a Talent Acquisition - Recruiter. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Framer as the Head of People and Senior Recruiter.

Teresa Lynch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen in 2014 and their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the same university in 2015.
