John van Leeuwen

John van Leeuwen has a diverse work experience in the technology and VFX industries. John has held several leadership roles, including Director of Global Pipeline Technology at Framestore, where they led and managed DevOps and Technical VFX teams, fostering a collaborative engineering culture. John also served as the Global Head of Pipeline (& Production Tools) at Framestore and as a Senior Pipeline Technical Director. Additionally, John has experience as the CTO of BiiM Ltd, an ambitious startup combining gambling with mobile gaming, where they were responsible for all technical demands. John worked as a Production Engineer at Weta Digital, where they developed task management services for a supercomputer, and as a Pipeline Engineer at Rising Sun Pictures. Overall, John has demonstrated expertise in software and database engineering, digital asset management, and workflow improvement.

From 2002 to 2005, John van Leeuwen pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical and Computer Sciences with Honours at the University of Adelaide.
