Elise Smith

Elise Smith is a seasoned professional in partnerships and business development, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Framework Homeownership since February 2023, following a progression to Associate in the same department. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Heart of Florida United Way from August 2021 to February 2023, where Elise successfully cultivated over 80 new business relationships and managed revenue generation strategies. Previously, from September 2017 to August 2021, Elise was the Manager of Programs and Events at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, leading growth strategies and fostering partnerships with government officials and corporate stakeholders. Elise began the career journey as a Programs Coordinator through Public Allies at HCCMO from September 2017 to June 2018, gaining valuable leadership skills. Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
