Thomas Julien

Thomas Julien currently serves as Responsable des études IT at France Galop since July 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Responsable Solutions applicatives IT at SPIE France from July 2017 to June 2022, and before that, worked as Responsable Etudes et Développement at SPIE ICS for almost seven years. Thomas began the career at SII as an Ingénieur Etudes et Développement from March 2001 to March 2003. Notable education includes a DESS in Informatique Industrielle et Automatisme from Pierre and Marie Curie University and a Maitrise in Mécanique Technologique from ENS Paris-Saclay. Thomas possesses extensive expertise in IT management, project direction, strategic planning, and budget management, with a focus on application maintenance, integration, and development.
