With a Masters in Education and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Salum has held various leadership roles in educational institutions, including providing direction for student support services and overseeing campus life initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Operations at Francis Howell School District, Salum continues to contribute to the enhancement of educational environments through providing comprehensive facilities services.
