Michelle L'Allier

Michelle L'Allier currently serves as Assistant Minister and First Assistant Minister/Vice President for the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, where responsibilities include congregational leadership and collaboration with various ministries. With extensive experience in the Franciscan Life Center and Franciscan Programs Ministry, Michelle offers retreats and spiritual direction in both English and Spanish, focusing on Gospel values. Previous roles include Young Adult Minister, where outreach and support for young adults were emphasized, and Program Associate/Young Adult Coordinator at San Damiano Retreat. Education includes an Advanced Certificate in Franciscan Studies from St. Bonaventure's University and an MA in Theology with a concentration in Spirituality from St. John's School of Theology.
