Jennifer Maki CPA, CA, ICD.D is an accomplished financial and governance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and board roles. Currently serving on the boards of Pan American Silver Corp., Baytex Energy Corp., Mitsui & Co. (Canada) Ltd., Franco-Nevada Corporation, and NEXT GENERATION MANUFACTURING INC., Jennifer has held significant leadership positions including Chairman of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk and Executive Director at Vale Base Metals. Jennifer's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, culminating in a senior management role before transitioning to corporate finance and executive positions at Vale. Academically, Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant and completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management.
