Austen Asadorian

Austen Asadorian is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at FranConnect since September 2023. Austen is also an executive member at Pavilion and a seed investor at Desolas Mezcal, both roles held since 2021. As co-founder and COO of Destination Happiness since August 2020, Austen brings significant entrepreneurial experience. Previous roles at SEVENROOMS included Senior Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and Sales Director from May 2017 to September 2023. Earlier career positions included Director of Sales at Peloton Interactive and Operations Executive at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Austen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Siena College and two degrees from The Culinary Institute of America in Business Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.
