Phil Chang

Phil Chang currently serves as the Senior Director of Account Management at FranConnect since January 2024. With extensive experience in Customer Success and Account Management, Phil has held leadership roles at several notable companies, including SEVENROOMS as the Global Director of Key Account Management and Welcome as the Head of Customer Success & Experience. Additionally, Phil has been an active Alumni Member and Student Mentor at Rutgers University since January 2017, offering guidance to undergraduate students. Prior professional experience includes roles at Optimizely, Radius Intelligence, Demandbase, Meltwater, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Phil developed a strong foundation in client relations and strategic management. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Marketing from Rutgers Business School, obtained in 2010.
