Nicole Snyder has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Front Desk Coordinator at eforea spa at Hilton Grand Vacations Suite Las Vegas. In this role, they answered phones, booked clients, managed guest flow and kept track of day to day revenue. Nicole also welcomed guests, owners and business heads, and maintained inventory, along with spa and boutique upkeep. In 2015, Nicole began working as a High Impact Customer Support Specialist at Zappos Family of Companies. In this role, they assisted customers with purchasing items online via phone, chat and email. Nicole also coached and trained representatives with trouble shooting problems with customers and computer systems, as well as taking care of customer escalations. Nicole then moved to Scorpion in 2018, where they became a Client Response Representative. In this role, they qualified and routed inbound inquiries via form submission, email and phone calls, connecting inbound leads with the appropriate salesman while giving first class customer service. Nicole also coordinated agendas and calendars for all of sales. Most recently, Nicole began working in 2020 as the Head Of Customer Care at Frank & Eileen. In this role, they create enduring relationships with all levels of management and fellow co-workers. Nicole also mentors and grows a team of five people, while maintaining the team's call quality standards, providing feedback and creating development plans.
Nicole Snyder attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2011 to 2016, studying Business and Human Resources Management.
