Patrick Swailes

Patrick Swailes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Patrick began their career as a Field Services Technician at UW-Madison, AIMS from 2010 to 2012. Patrick then joined Amazon (Shopbop.com) as an IT Support Engineer II from 2013 to 2016, where they provided comprehensive IT support, including network management, server support, and hands-on infrastructure work. Following this, they worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Fiscal Assistance of Dane as an independent contractor from 2016 to 2017. Their most recent position was at Frank Productions as the Director of IT from 2017 to the present. In this role, they oversaw various responsibilities, such as technology build-out, network management, desktop support, and the creation and implementation of IT policies and documentation. Additionally, Patrick demonstrated their expertise in vendor management, infrastructure expansion, SharePoint customization, and data warehousing.

Patrick Swailes obtained an Associate's degree in Network Security from Madison Area Technical College between 2010 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2017.
