Stephen Hefler

Stephen Hefler has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the entertainment and insurance industries. Stephen most recently worked as the Box Office Director at Frank Productions, where they oversaw box office operations for Madison Ticket Agency and multiple venues. Stephen also programmed Ticketmaster events for non-owned venues in Madison and managed ticketing for large-scale events like FreakFest. Prior to that, Stephen served as the Box Office Manager at SMG/Peoria Civic Center, where they managed a multi-venue box office and ticketed numerous concerts, events, conventions, and sports games. Stephen also held the role of Assistant Box Office Manager and Ticket Seller during their tenure at SMG. Before entering the entertainment industry, Stephen worked as a Service Support Representative at Pearl Insurance, where they analyzed insurance product requests and processed policies. Stephen gained earlier experience as a Front Office Intern with the Omaha Storm Chasers, assisting with ticket sales and contributing to charitable promotions. Stephen has developed a strong skillset in ticketing, box office management, customer service, and financial administration throughout their career.

Stephen Hefler began their education at Kaskaskia College in 2007, where they completed their Associate's Degree. Stephen then transferred to Eastern Kentucky University and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business. Stephen successfully completed their studies at Eastern Kentucky University in 2011.
