Lisa has over 35 years of experience providing tax compliance and planning services for flow-through entities, high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses. Her specialties include the formation and restructuring of business entities, consulting on intricate real estate transactions and wealth transfer strategies. She has substantial experience working with venture funds, both private equity and real estate. Lisa’s expertise includes tax-efficient planning with various charitable gifting structures. Lisa also serves as Department Dean for Tax for Frank, Rimerman University, and was instrumental in forming the Firm’s internal training infrastructure.
