Erwin Villegas

Erwin Villegas has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Estimator at Frank Schipper Construction since March 1998. Responsibilities include determining bid strategies, managing departmental functions, and mentoring estimators through the bid process. Previously, Erwin held roles as Development Director, where relationship-building with clients in the commercial sector was essential, and Project Manager, overseeing a range of projects across the Tri Counties. Earlier experience includes mechanical estimating for government contracts at RP Richards and general construction estimating for state and federal projects. Erwin holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and a certification in Executive Leadership in Construction from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
