Florian Gröschel

Florian Gröschel has a diverse work experience, spanning over several years. Florian began their career as a Bankkaufmann at Sparkasse Oberhessen in August 2010, where they worked until June 2012. From June 2012 to December 2015, Florian served as a Kundenberater at the same company. Florian then transitioned to a role as a Trainee Controlling from January 2016 to December 2016. Following this, Florian worked as a Referent Controlling/Kalkulation from January 2016 to February 2020, during which time they were responsible for activities such as preiskalkulation, introduction of vollkostenrechnung, and implementation of steuerungsrelevante parameter. In March 2020, Florian joined Frankfurter Sparkasse as a Senior Controller, where their responsibilities include the vor- und nachkalkulation von Geschäften, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Ursachenanalyse von Abweichungen, and aufbereitung des betriebswirtschaftlichen Ergebnisses. Florian is currently employed in this role.

Florian Gröschel began their education journey at Sparkasse Oberhessen in 2010, where they obtained a degree as a Bankkaufmann. Florian then pursued a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, graduating in 2016. Florian continued their studies at the same institution and completed a Master of Science - MS degree in Finance & Accounting in 2020.
