Craig Heere

Craig Heere possesses extensive experience in project management, technology leadership, and agile methodologies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Scrum Master at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since March 2017, Craig functions as a Scrum Enabler. Concurrently, Craig has held the position of VP and Project Manager for CIB Technology at Franklin Computer Services Group since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing comprehensive IT services for OhioHealth. Previous roles at Nationwide Insurance spanned from 1998 to 2015, culminating in directorial positions where Craig managed large teams and significant budgets, implementing innovative solutions and improving operational efficiencies. Craig's career began in the insurance sector, with various roles focused on technology and automation, leading to significant contributions and recognition in the field. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University.
