Emma Aer

Emma Aer currently serves as the CEO and President of Franklin Foods, a role held since January 2021. Previously, Emma was the Head of North America and President of Reima USA Inc from January 2019 to January 2021, and served as CEO of Finlandia Cheese from July 2014 to June 2018, overseeing full P&L responsibilities. Earlier career highlights include senior leadership positions at Valio, including SVP of Business Units and Marketing, and extensive marketing roles at Nokia, where Emma led global brand strategy and consumer retention initiatives. Emma’s experience also includes brand management at Coca-Cola Company and business development in the mobile gaming sector. Emma holds multiple Master's degrees in Finance, Industrial Economics, and Economics and Business Administration from prestigious institutions including Duke University and Aalto University.
