Andrew Pollom, EdD, currently serves as Vice President of Student Affairs at the University of Southern Maine since July 2024. Previously, Andrew held the position of Dean of Student Affairs at Franklin Pierce University from July 2019 to June 2024, overseeing all aspects of student life, including Residence Life and Title IX. Andrew's experience includes roles such as Associate Dean of Students at Lake Forest College, where management of Student Success initiatives occurred, and Assistant Dean of Students at Concordia University Chicago, focusing on residential life and student conduct. With an educational background encompassing a doctorate in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University and degrees in Correctional Counseling and Criminology from Indiana State University, Andrew has also contributed to discussions on masculinity and fatherhood through online platforms.
