Alex Ostendorf

Alex Ostendorf started their work experience in 2016 as an Exclusive Buyer Consultant at Mark Spain Real Estate. In this role, they created buying and selling opportunities in new construction developments and oversaw transactions amounting to over $18 million in volume.

In 2019, Alex joined Franklin Street as an Assistant Project Manager. Alex was responsible for overseeing and delivering projects, managing projects, and providing accurate information to clients.

In 2021, they were promoted to Project Manager at Franklin Street, where they continued to handle project management responsibilities.

Currently, Alex serves as the Director of Project Management at Franklin Street, leading the growth of the Project Management business line. Their responsibilities include developing new processes and training the project management team in all aspects of commercial construction management.

Alex Ostendorf received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, General and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, General from Georgia College & State University from 2012 to 2016. They also completed a Real Estate: Georgia Pre-License Course at The University of Georgia's Center of Continuing Education. Prior to that, Alex obtained a High School Diploma from McIntosh High School from 2009 to 2012.
