Scott Edwards

Scott Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott started their career as a Driver in S.E.Racing and participated in various racing series events. In 2006, they became the Managing Director of SERPackages.com. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at DACKOR 3D Laminates, where they managed accounts, developed new sales, and handled business development and project management. Currently, they are the Director of Office & Industrial Brokerage at Franklin Street. In this role, they have assisted in developing a national industrial program, provided specialized site selection services, procured developers and REITs, and represented Fortune 500 clients. Scott also has experience in hiring, training, and motivating teams and engaging in government affairs discussions.

Scott Edwards obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Scott also earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same university in the same year. In 2019, they obtained a Florida Real Estate License from the Florida Division of Real Estate. Prior to that, they completed Arts and Associates, as well as B.S.B.A and B.S.B degrees in Business Economics and Business Marketing from Daytona State College from 2008 to 2010.
