Pradeep Kumar Jagannath

Pradeep Kumar Jagannath is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Franklin Templeton India since May 2023, Pradeep has previously held significant roles at Sutherland as a Genesys Design and Implementation Engineer, and at ADP as a Consultant specializing in Genesys routing. Additional experience includes positions at AT&T Global Services as a Senior Consultant focused on the Genesys suite, and as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, where work also centered on the Genesys platform. Early in the career, Pradeep was a Programmer at HWHAMA, contributing to projects aimed at preserving cultural heritage. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SDM, obtained in 2008.
